Ordered items (which are in stock) will be shipped the same working day if ordered before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the next working day. If the shipment fits through the letterbox, no shipping costs will be charged (within the Netherlands) if the total amount of the goods exceeds 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros and orders to the rest of Europe, a small fee for the additional costs will be charged.

Orders that do not fit through the letterbox will be sent via a parcel service that best suits the shipment. We use PostNL, DPD and UPS. The shipment can vary between these parcel services, this has to do with the service that the different parcel services use. For the Netherlands, a continuous contribution will be requested that is equal to the rates of PostNL. Shipping via a parcel service will always provide a track-and-trace code that will be sent to your email address. If you still want to trace a letterbox shipment, it is advisable to tick the option for parcel shipment when paying, in order to generate track-and-trace information. Because the shipment is then seen as a package, the corresponding shipping rates from PostNL will be charged (within the Netherlands).
